• In case stains and discolouration are noticed due to water accumulation or flooding, light pressure tools will be used to buff the top coat of the wood. Mild cleansing solutions will be used, all the moisture content will be removed and the final Timber Drying treatment will be carried out efficiently and promptly.
• If the water damage has been caused by sewage water, we will use specific formulations to clean up these stains and all the affected boards will be cleaned and treated.
• If we find that some of the boards have been affected beyond restoration, you will be informed about it and these affected would have to be replaced.
